Application refers to Fastblink, the software program provided by the Company.

Country refers to Uttar Pradesh, India.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to Your use of the Service.
